It was a watermill for several ages in this place.

First note about mill comes from 17th century but we do not know the miller’s name. At the end of the 18th century the mill was leased by jew Salomon; about 1795 was leased by Czaja family.

It was the biggest mill in the area (there were two other mills in district).

The Czaja family decided to buy the mill after seventy years of lease and payed 425 thaler for land and forrest (about 20 hectare), they were landlords of the place for several generations till the end of war in 1945.

The best times of the mill finished together with the Second World War, when it became a national company and stopped working as a mill after a time.

From twelve years mill and ground around is private property of Kubiciel family that put a lot work and efforts to restore buildings and dub. The work still continues but you can see now splendid farm open for quests.
